View the Sample Status Dashboard

The sample status dashboard provides an overview of the pipeline processing status for samples in the project. Note that the dashboard loads with all the samples in the project. You can then use the search functionality to limit what is shown. For instance, you may choose to look at only samples for a particular cohort and visit to understand analysis status.
